Whitehorse 50 nm SFC–FL210 GCAP training volume.

GCAP requires a path to S3 that does not depend on Tier 2 endorsements. CYEG and CYYC are Tier 2. This 50 nm, SFC–FL210 volume is a VATSIM training position so an S2 can work approach without opening those airports.

CYXY_APP is centred on Whitehorse. It is top-down for CYXY and the IFR authority for underlying uncontrolled fields.
